Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to enhance profitability and ensure customer loyalty through effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify parts required for repairs, provide quotations based on pricing frameworks, and source necessary components to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and document lost sales, process special order parts, and possess a thorough understanding of vehicle systems and components.
  • Manage warranty claims and customer returns, as well as oversee the receiving of parts.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, proactively address challenges, and utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of GM and ACDelco products, including eCommerce strategies, warranty policies, and promotional sales programs.
  • Accurately record parts sales using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to transition a parts customer into a loyal parts and service client.
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies to effectively complete tasks.
  • Organize and manage workload in alignment with established objectives.
