Job Description

Job Title: Technical Coordinator (L1)

Location: South San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team at The Rockridge Group. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our technical team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests and create job tickets via data entry at our customer facility.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide status updates, information, and job scheduling.
  • Prioritize assignments based on importance and update the status of all work performed.
  • Research and submit recommendations to improve our service operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all job tickets are accounted for.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of operating systems such as MacOS and Windows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a technical environment.
  • General knowledge of Remedy, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
