Job Description

Job Title: Administrator Coordinator (Technical) - L1

Location: South San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator Coordinator to join our team at The Rockridge Group. As a Technical Administrator Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Update customer records and track job status in our custom-built call-tracking and customer database.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to prioritize assignments and ensure efficient job completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they are informed of the status of their computer repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the service repair job queue area.
  • Research and submit recommendations to improve service operations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of operating systems, including MacOS and Windows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a technical support role.
  • General knowledge of Remedy, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
