Your Role and Impact

In the capacity of Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and project management, which includes design oversight, communication, personnel management, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and business development. You will play a key role in establishing annual business objectives, strategic plans, and personnel management within the Bridge Design Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks requiring sound judgment and adaptation of methodologies.
  • Manage projects for a variety of stakeholders, including local government entities and transportation departments.
  • Oversee client proposals, financial plans, timelines, and compliance standards.
  • Enhance quality assurance practices and minimize design discrepancies.
  • Identify emerging markets, cultivate leads, and pursue business opportunities.
  • Guide project team members, conduct performance evaluations, and manage project risks.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) is highly preferred.

Desired Skills

  • Expertise in Microstation, Open Roads Designer, and ASTA software.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Experience working with transportation departments and local municipalities.
