ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will oversee safety operations at designated project sites.

Your primary focus will be on projects for our established client base. As a Field Safety Manager, your role involves understanding and fulfilling our clients' safety requirements in a professional manner by implementing proactive safety strategies, conducting daily safety assessments, leading onsite safety training sessions, and providing safety guidance and resources to the project team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of construction safety management principles
  • Self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work
  • Stable employment history with reliable references
  • Strong personal and professional ethics
  • Thorough knowledge of Construction Safety and Safety Management Plans
  • Ability to advise and mentor team members on safety matters
  • Experience conducting risk assessments
  • Capability to enforce preventative safety measures
  • Experience in training and supervising onsite construction staff
  • Oversight of employees and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety policies
  • Collaboration with Plant EHS for safety audits
  • Preparation and presentation of safety reports
  • Current OSHA 30-hour training certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
