We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Safety Director to oversee the administration of our safety program and provide technical guidance to field management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with all levels of management to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage Workers' Compensation and Injury Management programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide regular safety reports and advise management on safety matters to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to incorporate safety into daily operations and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain an incident investigation program to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Design and deliver employee training programs to enhance safety knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain professional relationships with industry contacts and represent the organization at meetings to promote our safety standards.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Working knowledge of the oil, gas, and power industries, as well as worker compensation laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of Federal OSHA standards and Workers' Compensation benefits.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of industrial/construction safety experience.

**Unusual Working Conditions:**

Travel between job sites may be required to fulfill job duties.
