Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Construction Project Superintendent to oversee all field operations and management of assigned projects. This role encompasses safety, scheduling, workforce management, quality assurance, and cost control from the groundbreaking phase to project completion, all while aligning with Integrate's core values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all field operations and construction activities.
  • Manage project scheduling and manpower allocation.
  • Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are upheld.
  • Coordinate jobsite setup and logistics.
  • Issue and update four-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety audits.
  • Maintain and update field use and as-built drawings.
  • Notify project manager and owner of lost days.
  • Document project progress through photos and daily reports.
  • Manage testing and third-party report corrections.
  • Schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and permit authorities.
  • Verify time and materials for additional work authorization.
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure site cleanliness.
  • Generate and complete pre-punch lists.
  • Facilitate owner and architect punch list completion.
  • Lead pre-construction meetings focusing on safety, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Verify subcontractor documentation at project initiation.
  • Establish and maintain project survey controls.
  • Handle closeout responsibilities including collection of attic stock and owner training.
  • Respond to warranty calls.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, preferably on projects valued between $10 million and $30 million.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or 10+ years of experience as a journeyman carpenter.
  • Experience in commercial real estate sectors such as Medical Labs, Civic/Education, Multifamily/Student Housing, Industrial, or Mixed-use is essential.
  • Willingness to travel across the continental U.S. on short notice.
  • Ability to represent the company positively in all project meetings.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines across multiple projects at various stages.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Commitment to safety, community, quality, and a positive work environment.

General Information:

  • Reporting To: Director of Construction Operations.
  • Supervisory Role: Field labor and subcontractors report directly to this position on a project basis.
  • Work Environment: This role requires 100% presence at job sites.
  • Physical Requirements: The position may involve physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, standing, and walking on job sites.
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with varying hours based on project demands, including potential evening and weekend work.
  • Travel: Primarily local travel during business hours.
