Position Responsibilities

You will oversee safety operations on designated project sites.

Your primary focus will be on projects for a well-established client base. As a Field Safety Manager, your role will involve understanding and fulfilling our client's needs and expectations in a courteous and professional manner by implementing proactive safety strategies, conducting daily safety inspections, facilitating onsite safety training, and providing safety guidance and resources to the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety management principles.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work.
  • Stable work history with multiple references.
  • Commitment to strong work and personal ethics.
  • Thorough understanding of Construction Safety and Safety Management Plans.
  • Ability to advise and lead team members on safety-related matters.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments.
  • Capability to enforce preventative safety measures.
  • Experience in training, managing, and guiding onsite construction personnel.
  • Supervision of employees and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Collaboration with Plant EHS to perform safety audits.
  • Preparation and presentation of safety reports.
  • Current OSHA 30-hour training certification minimum.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
