Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Superintendent to oversee all field operations and management of assigned projects. This role encompasses safety, scheduling, workforce management, quality assurance, and cost control from the initial groundbreaking to the final ribbon-cutting, all while embodying Integrate's culture and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all field operations and construction activities.
  • Manage project scheduling and manpower allocation.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Set up job sites effectively.
  • Issue and update four-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety audits.
  • Maintain updated field use and as-built drawings.
  • Notify project manager and owner of lost days.
  • Document project progress with photos and daily reports.
  • Coordinate testing and third-party report corrections.
  • Schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
  • Verify time and materials for additional work authorization.
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure site cleanliness.
  • Generate and complete pre-punch lists.
  • Facilitate owner and architect punch list completion.
  • Lead pre-construction meetings focusing on safety, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with insurance and contract requirements.
  • Establish and maintain project survey controls.
  • Manage closeout responsibilities, including training and warranty calls.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Superintendent, ideally on projects valued between $10-$30 million.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or 10+ years of experience as a journeyman carpenter.
  • Experience in commercial real estate sectors such as Medical Labs, Civic/Education, Multifamily/Student Housing, Industrial, or Mixed-use is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Positive representation of the company in all project meetings.
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively under varying deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and community engagement.

General Information:

  • Reporting To: Director of Construction Operations.
  • Supervisory Role: Field labor and subcontractors report directly to this position.
  • Work Environment: This role requires 100% presence on job sites.
  • Physical Requirements: Physical labor and lifting up to 100 lbs. may be necessary. Safety is a top priority in potentially hazardous conditions.
  • Position Type: Full-time, with varying hours based on project demands.
  • Travel: Primarily local travel during business hours.
