We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Traveling Senior Construction Supervisor to enhance our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing construction activities on-site and ensuring the project timeline is met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all construction operations.
- Leading field personnel to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and adhering to quality standards.
- Interpreting and comprehending construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders such as architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring all construction activities align with design specifications and documentation.
- Maintaining control of the job site, focusing on layout, safety, and quality assurance.
- Addressing daily challenges on-site to keep the project on track.
- Preparing, scheduling, and supervising the completion of the final punch list.
- Advocating for job site safety, promoting safe work practices, and addressing hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a comparable role within the construction sector.
- A demonstrated history of successfully completed high-rise concrete projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in interpreting construction documents, including plans and specifications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and for extended durations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction health and safety regulations.
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
