Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Technician to join our team at Ledgent Technology. This is a direct hire position that requires excellent phone skills and a wide range of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate users nationwide.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff to resolve technical issues.
  • Answer first-line service desk calls, respond to emails, and resolve ticket requests for all office locations.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Support audio and video equipment, conference room requests, and mobile devices.
  • Perform office moves, conference room technology setup, and asset management.
  • Complete special projects and participate in after-hours testing.

  • Deep commitment to integrity, exceptional judgment, and high standards of ethics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly.
  • Must display high levels of diplomacy, tact, and discretion.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and three or more years of concentrated Service Desk experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment.
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software.
  • Participate in rotating on-call and after-hours support.
  • Ongoing interest in personal and professional career development and training.
  • Experience with supporting or utilizing administrative features for various software and hardware.
