Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Technician to join our team at Ledgent Technology. This is a direct hire position that requires excellent phone skills and a wide range of technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate users nationwide.
- Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff to resolve technical issues.
- Answer first-line service desk calls, respond to emails, and resolve ticket requests for all office locations.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Support audio and video equipment, conference room requests, and mobile devices.
- Perform office moves, conference room technology setup, and asset management.
- Complete special projects and participate in after-hours testing.
- Deep commitment to integrity, exceptional judgment, and high standards of ethics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly.
- Must display high levels of diplomacy, tact, and discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent and three or more years of concentrated Service Desk experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software.
- Participate in rotating on-call and after-hours support.
- Ongoing interest in personal and professional career development and training.
- Experience with supporting or utilizing administrative features for various software and hardware.
