Job Overview

At EV Mode, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will work closely with our network analysts to review, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to EV charging network operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with network analysts to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams
  • Develop and implement network solutions to improve EV charging operations
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Train and educate customers and staff on best practices and new technologies
Requirements
  • Experience in EV charging service operations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make important decisions
