Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of windows-based medical devices and applications, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support staff as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics technology or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support
  • Windows XP and 7 Professional operating systems experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
