Technical Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional user support and maintaining technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, assisting attorneys and staff with technical issues.
- Manage service desk calls, emails, and ticket requests related to hardware, software, and remote access.
- Support audio and video equipment for conference rooms and troubleshoot mobile device issues.
- Oversee office moves and ensure compliance with IT asset management procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of service desk experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with mobile operating systems and client connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN).
