Customer Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ATEN Technology, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ATEN products and services.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve persistent issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
- Develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
- Work on special projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of ATEN products and services.
- Strong technical knowledge of computers and servers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical support skills.
- Fluent in English.
