Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ATEN Technology, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ATEN products and services.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve persistent issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
  • Work on special projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of ATEN products and services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers and servers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical support skills.
  • Fluent in English.
