Position Summary
The firm is looking to enhance its Institutional Fixed Income Sales team. The selected candidate will specialize in Corporate bonds and Agency debt products, with a focus on the Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) sector, as well as a background in Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and Mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to leverage their extensive product knowledge and execution experience to foster and expand an established network of fixed income relationships.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Institutional Sales
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations
  • A proven track record of maintaining an established book of fixed income relationships
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; energetic, determined, and innovative
  • A collaborative team player
  • A genuine interest in the fixed income markets
Compensation Structure: Commission-based only
