Director of Financial Institution Sales

In this capacity, you will take charge of engaging potential financial institutional clients across the USA, collaborating closely with sales leaders to achieve essential targets, and playing a vital role in the expansion of Visa's flagship offerings - Visa Direct, B2B Connect, and VXBS. This position requires a high degree of collaboration, engaging with various internal teams and external partners to fulfill objectives and drive overall success.

We seek a strategic visionary with a demonstrated history of success in fast-paced settings and a strong background in sales leadership. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or surpass Global and North America Visa Direct sales objectives
  • Formulate a sales strategy for growth and pinpoint high-potential client targets
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional partners to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent Visa at industry conferences and engage with clients, prospects, and partners
  • Lead pipeline assessments and collaborative problem-solving sessions with sales teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of executive and consultative sales experience within the financial payments sector
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to influence and motivate others
  • Familiarity with the open loop payment ecosystem and real-time payment solutions
  • Ability to navigate a complex organizational structure and promote the adoption of innovative concepts
