Director of Financial Institution Sales

In this capacity, you will be tasked with engaging potential financial institutional clients across the United States, collaborating closely with sales leadership to achieve essential objectives, and enhancing the growth of Visa's flagship offerings - Visa Direct, B2B Connect, and VXBS. This role requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work with diverse internal teams and external partners to fulfill goals and drive success.

We seek a strategic visionary with a solid history of accomplishments in high-energy environments and expertise in sales leadership. If you are enthusiastic about revolutionizing the payments sector and possess outstanding communication and analytical skills, we are eager to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or surpass Global and North America Visa Direct sales targets
  • Formulate sales strategies for growth and pinpoint high-potential client opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent Visa at industry events and engage with clients, prospects, and partners
  • Lead pipeline assessments and solution-oriented discussions with sales teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of executive and consultative sales experience in the financial payments sector
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and motivating others
  • Familiarity with the open loop payment ecosystem and real-time payment solutions
  • Capability to navigate a complex organizational structure and promote the adoption of innovative concepts
