Restaurant Executive Chef Opportunity

Lager Executive Search is partnering with a prominent restaurant group in DC to find a seasoned Restaurant Executive Chef for a high-volume, upscale chef-driven concept.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team and drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and culinary programs that drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and supply chain management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving culinary excellence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus bonus
