Government Contract Closure Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Government Contract Closure Coordinator to join our team in Rockville, MD. This role involves managing the closeout process for government contracts, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with contracting officers, program managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the closeout process
- Analyzing contract terms and conditions to determine closeout requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of all closeout activities and documentation
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless contract closure, minimize risks, and support our agency's mission.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BS/BA degree in a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of federal contract closeout experience
- Knowledge of FAR and other relevant regulations governing federal contracts
You should possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be familiar with government financial systems and contract management software.
