Competitive Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Government Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new GSA/Federal Government business within the Mid-Atlantic area.
- You will be the client's key contact for all business transactions.
- You will work with a team to secure both product and service contracts.
- You will assist with strategic and tactical issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of Government account structures and procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of government contracts, RFPs, and standard bid requests.
- The ability to read and understand floor plans and other related technical drawings.
- Experience selling contract furniture and/or related services is a plus.
- A BS/BA Degree is required.
