HR Generalist

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) is a membership organization that values communicating evidence-based information about women's health to its members and the general public. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, phone screens, and completing reference/background checks.
- Support the onboarding process, including scheduling new employee orientation and updating new hire records.
- Enter employee data into the HRIS system and ensure data integrity.
**Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. ACOG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible work schedule, commuting allowance, and more.
Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail. Handle sensitive information confidentially. Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is required.
