About the Position

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Process HR actions, including pay issues and incentive awards, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including Official Personnel Folders and performance documentation.
  4. Develop and implement effective tracking systems to ensure timely reminders and deadlines are met.
  5. Collaborate with the Employee and Labor Relations team to support program initiatives and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience supporting Federal agencies, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in automated personnel/payroll systems and procedures, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

FEDSYNC offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
