Generalist HR Professional

- Oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, labor relations, benefits, recruiting, investigations, and compensation changes.
- Manage updates and implementation related to a new collective bargaining agreement (signed November 1).
- Support internal investigations and performance management.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as DEI, payroll, benefits, and talent development.
- Ensure continuity and smooth HR operations during leadership and organizational transitions.
- Experience: 8-10 years of HR management experience, with strong expertise in union and labor relations.
- Proven track record of navigating organizational change and managing chaotic transitions.
- Experience in an international NGO or non-profit environment preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $50-$55/hour. A hybrid work environment with a flexible schedule and collaboration with a diverse, global HR team are also offered.
