**Job Summary**

The Assistant Manager of Guest Engagement is a key role within the Holiday Inn Club team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in resort recreational and entertainment departments. As a leader, you will serve as a guest advocate and advisor to the Head of Guest Engagement, overseeing the daily operations of assigned work teams in activities & recreation functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and develop a team of up to 15 employees, providing coaching, training, and scheduling to ensure excellent guest service delivery.

* Analyze and recommend adjustments to staffing, performance targets, and resources to achieve results and drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.

* Demonstrate brand leadership by putting the brand at the center of all business decisions, regularly seeking and using guest feedback to build relationships and drive improvement.

* Promote and reinforce a brand culture that inspires team members to deliver the branded guest experience and brand standards.

* Execute pre-defined programs and policies within assigned areas and teams, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and resort assets.

**Requirements**

* 2 years of customer-facing service or hospitality experience.

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred.

* ServSafe, TIPS, and Life Safety certifications.
