Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
