Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Westin Charlotte. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities
  • Manage guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
