Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user technical support for audio-visual multimedia technologies and user computing devices
  • Support integrated AV technology design, planning, development, and maintenance
  • Perform technical programming of complex multimedia systems
  • Provide advanced AV system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Offer technical event AV support for various multimedia technologies
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for services as needed
  • Administer web-integrated technologies for clients
  • Develop and deliver training for end-users and staff
  • Maintain inventory and property management
  • Keep current on industry technology changes and trends

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience in multimedia IT support
  • 2+ years of Digital Media/Multimedia production experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
  • Crestron Masters Technology Architect certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Specialized technical certifications such as Q-Sys, Dante, etc.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in operating and troubleshooting computing and audio-visual equipment systems
  • Proficiency in wire and line integration and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of web conferencing and streaming technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Apple's OS
  • Experience in computer and device networking
  • Audio/Video/Graphics editing with software like Adobe, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.

  • Ability to communicate technically to various users
