HRIS Manager

About the Role

This strategic role focuses on leading daily operations of the HRIS team, providing expertise in all HR systems, onboarding platforms, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage configuration, design, and integration of HR technology solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor data integrity, address escalated issues, and implement processes to enhance data quality.
  • Develop and maintain human capital reporting, including dashboards for management, to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and process improvements to ensure year-round automation and efficiency.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HRIS functionalities for managers and staff to ensure effective utilization of systems.
  • Drive the strategic direction of the HRIS team, setting performance standards and managing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR systems to ensure high-quality service and support.
  • Oversee HRIS helpdesk support, addressing issues and providing solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Lead initiatives to identify areas for improvement through data analysis and market research to support organizational growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of UKG (UltiPro), with familiarity in other HRIS systems preferred.
  • Proficient in reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks without compromising quality.
About Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
