HR Technology Strategist

Strategic Resource Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic oversight, maintenance, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other related platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UKG (UltiPro) and be proficient in reporting tools, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the HRIS team, providing expertise in all HR systems, onboarding platforms, and performance management systems.
- Manage the configuration, design, and integration of HR technology solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor data integrity, address escalated issues, and implement processes to enhance data quality.
- Develop and maintain human capital reporting, including dashboards for management, to analyze data and inform decision-making.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including SOX.
- Facilitate training sessions on HRIS functionalities for managers and staff to ensure effective utilization of systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG (UltiPro), with familiarity in other HRIS systems preferred.
- Proficient in reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
