Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a bridge between IT and business units to guarantee that solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and define business requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and articulate business needs, particularly in relation to information systems.
  • Work alongside business users and IT colleagues to refine and enhance business processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation.
  • Provide support for both new and existing applications, systems, and technologies.
  • Assist in the design and execution of testing plans to ensure systems meet functional and performance standards.
  • Offer recommendations and solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison among business partners, project managers, IT developers, and external vendors.
  • Perform additional duties such as project coordination and training as required.
Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage with diverse individuals.
  • A flexible, positive, and energetic attitude suitable for a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt priorities as necessary.
  • Strong facilitation and documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in grocery or retail sectors.
