The Team
The Enterprise Business Management (EBM) Team, part of the Finance and Resource Management Division, collaborates with various departments to ensure effective resource allocation and management. Our mission is to maximize the impact of our investments while safeguarding our assets and brand.

Your Role
This position centers on the business analysis and product management of our data and reporting tools, particularly those related to portfolio management. You will work closely with operational partners to analyze business challenges, define requirements, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business challenges and customer needs to establish requirements for systems and process solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and manage their needs and requirements.
  • Identify potential solutions and contribute to prioritization based on stakeholder value.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Develop content for implementation and change management activities, including training and support resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to gain insights into their experiences with current systems and processes.
  • Guide other analysts and contingent workforce members on key projects, providing expertise and support.
  • Collaborate with various departments on program implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze performance trends to inform program enhancements and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Support an inclusive culture by modeling positive behaviors and addressing issues promptly.

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years in analytics or reporting product development.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and the ability to identify inefficiencies and lead effective solution development.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in product development from ideation to implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI and an understanding of data flow from source systems to reporting.
  • Familiarity with SQL and MDX/DAX is advantageous.
  • Experience in change management and requirement management processes.
  • Eligibility to work in the country of the position without visa sponsorship.
