As an IT Business Analyst within the ExtraHop IT Applications team, you will utilize a comprehensive range of business applications, including Salesforce, to craft and execute solutions that benefit our entire organization. Your collaboration with various teams across the company will directly influence our business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to conduct thorough analyses of business and technical requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of SaaS applications, recommending new technologies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers and administrators to design, build, test, deploy, and document solutions utilizing both standard functionalities and custom developments.
  • Assist internal clients by addressing and resolving tickets related to supported business applications.
  • Stay informed about periodic feature release announcements of supported applications and leverage new capabilities as appropriate.
  • Participate as a member of an agile scrum team, contributing to planning, documentation, execution, testing, and project launches.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business process models, use cases, and test plans.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., Business Systems Analyst, Sales Analyst).
  • Ability to self-direct learning, solve problems, and research system issues.
  • Strong experience in business analysis and functional roles, including requirements gathering and solution deployment to end users.
  • Prior experience in systems integration.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce data structures and the ability to utilize Salesforce functionalities to address complex processes and reporting needs.
  • Detail-oriented with robust data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and Data Loader.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its associated processes.
  • Experience with Partner Community (Salesforce, Allbound) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including pipeline management, territory management, and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies and experience working within an agile team.
