Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in boosting brand visibility and generating leads in the digital landscape while driving web traffic and customer acquisition.

Location: Remote within US

Compensation: $85,000-$115,000 Base +10% Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing strategies, including email outreach, content creation, PPC, SEO, webinars, and events to foster lead generation and elevate brand presence.
  • Lead Oversight: Manage the entire lead lifecycle from generation to conversion, ensuring effective collaboration with sales teams and optimizing conversion rates through targeted nurturing techniques.
  • Data Analytics: Evaluate and report on campaign performance, track ROI, and modify strategies based on analytical insights. Provide comprehensive performance reports to senior management.
  • Marketing Technology Utilization: Leverage tools like Marketo and Salesforce to enhance, automate, and measure marketing workflows. Ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and account management teams to ensure cohesive strategies and capitalize on interdepartmental synergies.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate on ABM initiatives that align with overarching marketing and business goals, focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Marketing Operations Management: Oversee and refine marketing operations, including Marketo management, lead processes, lead scoring, and performance analytics.
  • Design Collaboration: Work alongside the design team to ensure all marketing materials adhere to branding standards, providing feedback on design, layout, and content.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field within a B2B context.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, strategies, and technologies, including Wordpress, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data and identifying trends.
  • Innovative thinker with robust skills in content strategy and campaign formulation.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, adept at collaborating across various teams and with senior leadership.
