Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and direct the organization's global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision.
  • Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory support to the executive leadership and board.
  • Identify and leverage tax optimization opportunities to improve the organization's financial outcomes.
  • Supervise the preparation, examination, and submission of all tax filings, including federal, state, international, and indirect taxes.
  • Guarantee comprehensive tax compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and lead tax audits, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory entities.

  • Act as a principal advisor to senior management, delivering insights on tax-related risks, opportunities, and strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operational units.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Taxation) is preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or advanced tax-related certification is highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in tax management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
