  • Extensive experience in business analytics, demonstrating a robust business acumen and prior experience leading analytics teams and projects.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end analytics processes, including building data pipelines, data modeling, generating insights, and utilizing common data science techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of data science methods, including regression, classification, tree-based methods, and time series analysis.
  • Strong business intuition and curiosity about business operations, with a proven ability to drive prioritization across multiple stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in implementing, documenting, and effectively communicating with collaborators and partners during requirement gathering, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex findings into actionable and clear insights, with strong storytelling skills to convey data-driven narratives to a variety of audiences.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a consulting role, particularly within analytics or data science domains, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Proficiency with advanced data science techniques, such as neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or unsupervised learning methods.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a background in data science and a track record of deploying work for impactful business outcomes.
