Position SummaryTekWissen LLC is a prominent provider of workforce management solutions across the United States and internationally. Our client is a renowned name in the manufacturing of agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, and related products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line technical assistance and information to clients and customers regarding Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) products.
- Utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to assist clients while accurately documenting each interaction in our case management system.
- Develop and maintain online support tools and resources.
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Proficiency with consumer software applications.
- Excellent computer skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional holidays.
- Experience in data management.
- Familiarity with agricultural customers and operations.
- Experience in Precision Farming.
- Background in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical certification in IT database management is desirable for high school graduates.
