Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line technical assistance and information to clients and customers regarding Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) products.
  • Utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to assist clients while accurately documenting each interaction in our case management system.
  • Develop and maintain online support tools and resources.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Proficiency with consumer software applications.
  • Excellent computer skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional holidays.
  • Experience in data management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with agricultural customers and operations.
  • Experience in Precision Farming.
  • Background in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Technical certification in IT database management is desirable for high school graduates.
