What You Will Do:
Collaborate closely with our Family Office practice, providing diverse administrative and daily operational support, including but not limited to:

- Organizing daily incoming mail by client and entity.
- Scanning daily incoming mail to the appropriate client inbox or team.
- Managing various Outlook mailboxes and addressing them as needed.
- Scanning bills and documents into the appropriate accounts.
- Performing in-office tasks for Family Office client teams, such as printing checks, compiling bill payment packets, coordinating the signing of checks, and sending payments to vendors.
- Preparing and tracking FedEx shipments and certified mail for Family Office client teams.
- Maintaining sensitive and confidential client documents securely.
- Filing various client documents and reports, including investment, bank, and brokerage statements.
- Creating check requests and sending them to the appropriate entities.
- Assisting with client-related hand deliveries as required.
- Restocking the Family Office department with mail supplies and check stock as necessary.
- Supporting the Family Office client teams with special projects as needed.
- Demonstrating a commitment to continuous growth, learning, and skill development through external and internal education, training, and cross-training opportunities to maximize personal contributions to organizational goals and ongoing career development.
- Utilizing your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
- Supporting the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, assisting associates in achieving their professional goals.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
- 0 to 3 years of administrative or office experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Notary public certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity.
- Adherence to the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Capability to perform a wide variety of tasks and adapt quickly as demands change.

Additional Information:
The compensation range for this role is $19.00 to $37.00/hr.

Actual compensation is influenced by various factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
