Job Title: OVC Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Dodson Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our OVC valve products and their applications.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Quote and Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate quote and order processing, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel within the Northeast region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and maintain open communication with the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Sales Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, with a focus on industrial valves and value-added products and services.
  • Sales Achievements: Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Project Management: 3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on sales and customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional image and strong organizational and time management skills.
