Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Work closely with marketing and consulting partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including articles, whitepapers, and presentations, to establish Diverse Lynx LLC as a trusted authority in the Healthcare industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of combined experience in account management in the Healthcare industry, with a focus on advancing client business.
  • Proven track record of driving client new business and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen, including estimating and budgeting managed budgets and estimates for ongoing engagements.
  • Deep appreciation for Experience Transformation and its impact on client internal operations and customer engagement marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
