Client Account Manager

The Quantum Group, USA, LLC is a dynamic and fast-growing financial services company seeking a skilled Client Services professional to join our Operations team.
This is a non-sales account management role that involves reviewing new business applications for various financial products, providing exceptional service to clients, and managing their accounts through pre and post-sales issues.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional client service and relationship-building skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also possess solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a client account list and providing assistance to the internal sales team to process business
- Building relationships with clients and managing their day-to-day business with The Quantum Group, USA, LLC
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
