Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Develop and sustain enduring client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to enhance sales
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and telecommunications clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions tailored to client needs
  • Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives transparently to drive sales
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Relationship Managers and the sales team to identify growth opportunities within your designated territory
  • Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalations as necessary

Qualifications for a Client Relationship Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent active listening abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
