Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management matters
- Develop and sustain enduring client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to enhance sales
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and telecommunications clients
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions tailored to client needs
- Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives transparently to drive sales
- Collaborate with fellow Client Relationship Managers and the sales team to identify growth opportunities within your designated territory
- Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalations as necessary
Qualifications for a Client Relationship Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening abilities
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
- Comprehensive and accurate product knowledge
