Overview

We are in search of a Client Service Manager for Personal Lines to enhance our expanding team.

We seek an individual who can provide outstanding customer service. Are you interested in assisting a variety of clients with issues ranging from straightforward to moderately complex? This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Your Impact


In this role, you will:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding insurance billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, documentation requests, and other concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client and policy information within GGB - Global and affiliated carrier systems.
  • Support GGB's growth initiatives by contributing to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction and retention, while ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
  • Encourage a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality client service in alignment with operational standards and practices.
  • Assist the Personal Lines team in achieving business priorities.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts with relatively simple servicing needs.
  • Quickly build rapport with clients to identify their needs in a clear, confident, and friendly manner.
  • Utilize systems, services, and resources to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Engage in consultative discussions with clients.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of professional and industry standards.
  • Adapt swiftly to new systems, processes, and skills.
  • Manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities effectively.
About You

Required:

A Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- a High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.

Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.


Preferred:

5+ years of experience in service or account management of Personal Insurance lines with a carrier or agency.

Prior experience with Applied Epic.

Current P&C licensing.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
