About the Role:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Owl Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in developing programs that enhance user engagement, minimize attrition, and drive revenue growth. You will oversee the comprehensive campaign management process and orchestrate intricate user journeys by leveraging data to ensure the relevance of our campaigns. Continuous testing and optimization will be essential to enhance Lifecycle performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify user challenges, propose solutions to enhance user experience, and gather ongoing insights to inform campaign strategies and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute campaigns that drive growth across critical lifecycle metrics.
  • Create and implement testing frameworks that consistently enhance program engagement through personalization, dynamic content, and creative strategies.
  • Utilize technology to enable programmatic personalization at scale.
  • Develop reports that quantify outcomes and provide business insights in collaboration with the analytics team to assess the impact of initiatives and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-performing Lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Thorough understanding of best practices in email, push, and SMS marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in orchestrating complex Lifecycle programs and technical email expertise.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling copy.
  • Possess both analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • A passion for user-centric approaches and a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and lead tactical and strategic projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Braze.
