Job Title: Regional Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Representative to join our team at Superior Loan Servicing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned region, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement a regional business development strategy aligned with company goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute regional marketing campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services.

- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the region.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the private lending industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity.

- Strong understanding of regional markets, including customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
