Dreamscape Learn, a pioneering innovator in immersive XR educational products, is seeking an accomplished sales leader to generate new account sales in higher education (HE) accounts within assigned territories in the US and Canada.

We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional who can create buyer vision, galvanize senior executive support, and deliver extraordinary learning outcome improvements through our innovative educational technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have sustained over-quota performance selling six/seven-figure innovative educational technology solutions to senior leadership in higher education institutions.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with university Presidents, Provosts, Deans, CIOs, faculty, instructional designers, and IT professionals. Stronger candidates will thrive in an early-stage company environment, excel at developing and executing winning new account sales strategies, and build enduring relationships with key client stakeholders.

This position demands consultative positioning of business value, management of complex sales cycles, and qualification abilities using structured sales cycle management. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of current trends in teaching/learning and use of academic technology.

The ideal candidate will consistently exceed quarterly and annual assigned sales bookings goals, develop and execute plans to penetrate and win new logo sales in assigned accounts, and personally contact and engage senior academic and technical leaders. A strong track record of gaining access to key client decision makers at senior levels of universities and colleges is essential.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed knowledge of DSL products and client use cases, handling essential sales administrative duties, and communicating regularly with SVP, Academic Partnerships regarding bookings performance, sales strategies/tactics, and pipeline development activities.

Requirements
  • Sustained proven success selling six/seven-figure innovative educational technology solutions to senior leadership in higher education institutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage at all levels of higher education institutions
  • Verifiable record of gaining access to key client decision makers at senior levels of universities and colleges
  • Strong higher education market knowledge including understanding of current trends in teaching/learning and use of academic technology

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base salary + on target commission earnings of 100% base salary at plan. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, employee assistance program, unlimited PTO, and perks at work.
