Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Overwolf's brand partnerships team and contribute to shaping the future of gaming through innovative and creative advertising solutions. As a Brand Partnerships Director for Central, you will drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with top brands and agencies to reach and engage AAA gamers. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and securing business opportunities, maintaining a consultative approach with senior marketers and agencies, and establishing campaign goals and learning agendas. You will also partner with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities and secure them through strategic partnerships
  • Drive revenue by building and managing relationships with senior marketers and agencies
  • Maintain a consultative approach with clients and partner agencies
  • Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of direct digital media sales experience
  • Proven track record of growing top-to-bottom relationships with clients and agencies
  • Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
  • Deep understanding of the videogames ecosystem and a strong passion for it
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their agencies
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Creative thinker and strategist with excellent communication and presentation skills
