**Job Title:** Senior Account Executive - Growth and Partnerships

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience and performance.
Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Senior Account Executive to lead growth and partnerships within our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with key clients and agencies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion;
- Crafting strategic partnerships and negotiating complex deals with clients and agencies;
- Delivering compelling presentations and pitches to showcase IAS value propositions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements:
- 7 years of direct quota-carrying sales experience in digital media/ad tech or SaaS tech space;
- Extensive knowledge of the ad tech landscape, industry trends, and market insights;
- Agency or DSP experience preferred;
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships;
- Salesforce experience and forecasting acumen.
