Deposit Growth Specialist

The Senior Relationship Manager role is an integral part of our Specialty Deposits team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and center of influence (COI). Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving targeted goals for deposit growth products with new and existing client relationships.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring relationship profitability.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of banking sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Banking Relationship Management.
- Proven ability to develop and manage large and complex new business relationships.
Salary: $128,500 - $152,300 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
