Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Hematologists and Oncologists, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques and marketing strategies to create and expand product understanding and appropriate patient identification.
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with product, disease state, and marketplace expertise to effectively communicate and position product information to customers.
  • Work closely with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through from Key IDNs/Systems, Reimbursement, Account, and other company and Medical teams.
  • Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports, and operate within all Pharma compliance guidelines.
  • Effectively target and manage accounts to maximize sales potential.
  • Attend training sessions and conventions as required.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited school required, with a focus in business or life science preferred.
  • Minimum two years of Oncology/Hematology sales experience or one-year previous company sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to think, plan, and act strategically.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Up to 2 years successful experience in the sale of chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products preferred.
  • Working knowledge of and familiarity with the hospital and cancer center environment preferred.
